Lóránt Szajkó was an economist, graduated from the Budapest University of Economics in 1990. He began his professional career in the financial and advisory sector. He has been working at Kisalföld Target Ltd. since 1997. From 2000 he has been the company's CEO and co-owner. The Little Plain group manages 3,000ha, of which 2,000 hectares are under ecological control. In the conventional area, feed plants are primarily grown to supply dairy cattle. 2,700 cows produce 33 million kg of milk per year. In ecologically controlled areas, besides traditional arable crops, organic vegetables have been cultivated for 15 years. Of the horticultural cultures, organic sweet corn is produced on an average of 400 hectares, and other vegetable plants are produced on 50 hectares.
