Energy settlements from PV at hourly prices are still not working .pl
From July 2024, all new photovoltaic installations in Poland should be settled at hourly prices (RCET), and not - as before - average monthly (RC). This is an important change that in theory was to increase justice and transparency of settlements. In practice, however, many prosumers still receive invoices according to the old scheme, which may weaken the economic benefits resulting from investments in solar energy. For PV system users, this difference can mean up to several dozen percent loss in the value of the prosumer deposit. What's going on? Who is gaining, who is losing? And how does a system work that allows you to control energy in real time based on dynamic energy prices?

Do you know what's going on with your solar power plant? - .net
It may sound like a strange question. Most solar power plants owners would probably say, "Of course I know. I have an app, I see everything on my phone. It produces electricity. The matter works." But the truth is often quite different. And only when problems arise do you show how much you really know or do not know about the operation of your power plant. Let us introduce you to the true story. John (the name is changed) only contacted us when he noticed an unusually high bill for electricity. When they then inspected the system's operation, it became clear: its power plant had not worked for three months. During all this time, it has not produced a single kilowatt hour of electricity. He had to pay everything out of his own pocket. He was convinced that everything was fine. Why? Because the app on the phone did not show anything special. In fact, she did not show anything, and he attributed it to a bad connection or communication with the inverter.

Buchdorf municipality is investing in photovoltaics: Electricity for the day care center, fire station and excess energy for future energy projects - PV Magazine Germany
• The municipality of Buchdorf has installed three solar systems for self -consumption on two kindergarten buildings and the fire station, which cover up to 90 % of the energy requirements of the respective buildings. • On the remaining roof areas, two more photovoltaic systems were financed by an "energy cooperative" led by the residents to sell solar power into the network. • With the income, further energy projects such as a wind energy system are to be financed in order to create even more clean energy.
